Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by U.S. law.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@primenotes.shop within 48 hours of delivery, including photos if applicable.

In these cases, Prime Notes will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank
